An amazing experience is that of exploring the beautiful sites of Cortona hill town in one of my guided tours, and combine it with a private olive oil tour & tasting in a nearby oil mill. This tour features a visit to the olive grove with explanation of olive varieties and productions, a walk through the oil mill machinery and talk over production methods, and of course a special tasting of the purest olive oil on bruschetta  - so yummy!
